OpenBuildings Station Designer's Structural data exchange includes the ability to translate fully detailed joists. Joists imported from ISM repositories or from RAM Structural System models now contain all the Structural component members which constitute the joist in addition to the joist envelope member. Similarly, Structural joists exported from OpenBuildings Station Designer to ISM and RAM Structural Systems contain fully detailed joists. In previous editions of, only the joist envelope members were imported/exported, ignoring the detailed joist member components.
